ACHA And NIHD Announce Partnership

The American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA; Chicago) and the Nursing Institute for Healthcare Design (NIHD), have announced a new partnership to promote interprofessional expertise in the healthcare design process and to facilitate the quality of healthcare design.

Under the partnership, board-certified ACHA architects will provide expertise at the highest level of healthcare design and promote best healthcare design practices in the industry. NIHD members will provide clinical expertise that encourages optimal operational solutions.

The partnership is exploring ways to include shared resources and research, representation on each other’s juries and task forces, and co-authoring presentations and articles.
