NexCore, Montrose Regional Health Break Ground On Ambulatory Care Center

Nonprofit healthcare system Montrose Regional Health (MRH; Montrose, Colo.) and healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group (Denver) are moving forward with a new ambulatory care center in Montrose.

The 80,000-square-foot outpatient facility will include a laboratory, physical therapy, ambulatory surgery, specialty care, medical imaging, and women’s health services.

It is slated to open in fourth quarter 2023.

The project team comprises TreanorHL (architect; Denver) and Layton Construction (general contractor; Greenwood Village, Colo.).
