Baylor Scott & White Healthcare To Build MOB

Baylor Scott & White Health is planning a medical office building (MOB) adjacent to its hospital in College Station, Texas, according to the website wtaw.com.

The 100,000-square-foot, four-story project will include an ambulatory surgery center, four operating rooms (ORs), a sleep center, and phlebotomy lab.

Physical therapy, rheumatology, nephrology, infectious diseases, endocrinology, ophthalmology, gastroenterology services are planned for the new MOB.
