Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital Hits Project Milestone

Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital celebrated a topping-out ceremony at the new 105-acre campus under construction in Cypress, Texas.

The project comprises a seven-story hospital with capacity for 276 licensed beds; two, six-story medical office buildings (MOBs); and a renovated central utility plant. The facility will also house shell space for future expansion.

The project team comprises Page (architect; Houston), McCarthy Building Companies Inc. (general contractor; St. Louis), Walter P. Moore (structural and civil engineer; Houston), SSR (MEP; Nashville, Tenn.), and OJB (landscape architect; Houston).

Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital is slated for completion by the end of 2024.
