Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, FSU Break Ground On Medical Campus

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (Tallahassee, Fla.) and Florida State University (FSU; Tallahassee) broke ground on a healthcare campus in Panama City Beach, Fla.

Situated on 87 acres, the FSU Health-Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Medical Campus will comprise a 100-bed hospital with an emergency center. Services will include cardiology, inpatient surgery, and imaging.

An 80,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) will house primary care services, an urgent care, ambulatory surgery center, and orthopedic services.

The St. Joe Company (Watersound, Fla.) is the developer on the project.
