VHC Health Plans Rehabilitation and Behavioral Wellness Facility

VHC Health (Arlington, Va.) is working with Arlington, Va., County to open a rehabilitation and behavioral health wellness facility in Arlington.

Situated on 5.8 acres, the project will house behavioral wellness services, including a 24-bed adult unit, a 24-bed adolescent unit, and a 24-bed recovery and wellness unit. The facility will offer five outpatient programs, including services for recovery and wellness and behavioral health.

As part of the project, VHC Health is also expanding its inpatient rehabilitation services with 20 rehabilitation beds (bringing VHC Health’s total bed count to 40), as well as treatment for brain and spinal cord injuries, stroke, neurological and other conditions.

The project is expected to break ground in late 2023 or early 2024 and construction is slated to be completed by the end of 2025
