Frisco Medical Pavilion II Breaks Ground In Texas

Real estate firm Caddis Partners (Dallas) broke ground on Frisco Medical Pavilion II in Frisco, Texas.

The 60,000-square-foot Class A medical office building (MOB) is slated for completion in early 2024.

The project team includes Grace Hebert Curtis Architects (architect; Dallas), Novel Builders (general contractor, Richardson, Texas), and Hart Gaugler + Associates (civil engineer; Dallas).
