Medical City Healthcare (Dallas) is planning a $17 million project to expand care for mothers and newborns at Medical City McKinney in McKinney, Texas.

The project will include updating a three-story patient tower, which was completed in December 2021.

The project, expected to be completed by the end of the year, will add 24,000 square feet for a 21-bed neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and 12 luxury postpartum suites.

A separate entrance for women’s services patients and visitors will also be created.
