E4H Environments for Health Architecture Expands Footprint, Staff In Philadelphia

E4H Environments for Health Architecture (E4H; Fort Worth, Texas) opened a new office in Philadelphia and added new staff members.

Richard Carroll will serve as a senior associate. He brings 30-plus years as a healthcare architect and planner to the firm.

Cherise Poulin and John Rodenbeck were named partners. Poulin has more than 20 years of experience in design and planning. Rodenbeck’s career includes nearly 30 years of planning and design experience for healthcare institutions and medical centers.
