Pam Health, Jupiter Medical Center Plan $25M Pam Health Rehabilitation Hospital

Pam Health (Enola, Pa.) and Jupiter Medical Center (Jupiter, Fla.) are planning a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Jupiter. (For more on Jupiter Medical Center, go here.)

The 50,000-square-foot, two-story PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Jupiter will include treatment for stroke, brain injury, neurological disease and deficits, amputations, pulmonary disease, orthopedic conditions, spinal cord injury, and other medically complex conditions.

The project marks Pam Health’s fourth hospital in Florida, with existing facilities in Sarasota, Jacksonville, and Tavares, Fla.

Real estate developer Rendina Healthcare Real Estate (Jupiter) and real estate development brokerage and investment firm Astrea Development partnered on the project
