UPMC’s Children’s Hospital Of Pittsburgh Plans Pediatric Heart Institute In Pennsylvania

UPMC’s Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh, Pa.) is planning a new $62 million pediatric heart institute in Lawrenceville, Pa., according to the website post-gazette.com. (For more on UPMC, go here.)

The three-story, 50,000-square-foot facility will be constructed on top of the hospital’s existing parking garage.

The project team includes HGA Architects (architect and engineer; Milwaukee) and Rycon Construction Inc. (construction manager; Milwaukee).

The pediatric heart institute is slated for completion by the end of 2025.
