Spartanburg Regional Healthcare’s $55M Union Medical Center Replacement Projects In Works

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare (Spartanburg, S.C.) is building a replacement facility for its aging Union Medical Center in Union, S.C., according to the website wyff4.com.

The $55 million project will include a replacement hospital and medical office building (MOB).

Situated on 48 acres, the three-story, 99,600-square-foot new medical cente will centralize physician practices, outpatient services, and inpatient care.

The replacement project is expected to be completed in early 2025.
