Tsoi Kobus Design Announces New Senior Leader

Architecture firm Tsoi Kobus Design (Boston) has added George Takoudes to its senior leadership team.

In his role as principal, he will help to grow the firm’s business, working in partnership with the firm co-founder and senior principal Rick Kobus.

Takoudes brings more than 25 years of experience including projects for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (Boston) and Brigham & Women’s Hospital (Boston).

Expansion of Sharp Rees-Stealy Otay Ranch Medical Center Underway

Sharp Rees-Stealy Otay Ranch Medical Center in San Diego has completed the first phase of a $86 million multiphase expansion. Opened in December 2023, the project included a new four-level parking garage with capacity for 610 vehicles. The next phase will add a two-story medical office building (MOB) with an urgent care center, advanced imaging technology, and expanded services.
