Valley Health System Announces Opening Date Of New Hospital

Valley Health System (Ridgewood, N.J.) is planning to open Valley Hospital in Paramus, N.J., in April 2024, according to the website rj-nj.com.

The new acute care hospital will house 370 private patient rooms and an expanded emergency department. The project will incorporate sustainable design and smart hospital features, including artificial intelligence, smart beds, and real-time location systems.

Valley Hospital will be part of a comprehensive 40-acre campus that also includes a medical office building, Valley-Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Care (located inside the Robert & Audrey Luckow Pavilion), the George R. Jaqua Same Day Services Center, and a full-service retail pharmacy.
