Bliss Healthcare Files Request To Build MOB In Florida

Bliss Healthcare (Orlando, Fla.) has filed paperwork with the City of Orlando to build a new medical office building (MOB) in Orlando, according to the website bungalower.com.

The project plans include a three-story, 78,000-square-foot MOB. A multistory commercial building would be demolished to make way for the project.

The new clinic would feature an urgent care on the first floor, a second-floor treatment area, third-floor offices, and onsite café, pharmacy, conference center, and fitness center. It will also include a suite for In-Car-Care where patients can pull into the building and receive treatment in designated private parking bays.

Bliss Healthcare was founded in 2015 with the mission to prevent and treat HIV and sexually transmitted diseases.
