Mohawk Valley Health System’s Wynn Hospital To Open In October

Nonprofit Mohawk Valley Health System (Utica, N.Y.) is planning to open the new Wynn Hospital in Utica in October, according to the website beckershospitalreview.

The project consolidates Mohawk Valley’s St. Elizabeth (Utica) and St. Luke’s (Utica) hospital campuses into the new facility, which house 373 beds, including eight beds designated for pediatric patients.

The 10-story, 702,000-square-foot hospital houses an emergency department (ED) with 47 beds for exam, quick turn, and trauma services, six rooms for behavioral health treatment rooms, and 10 beds for observation.
