Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute Completed In Florida

The Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute has been completed in Orlando, Fla.

The 375,000 square-foot project was completed in two phases. The first phase delivered a six-story building with a medical office pavilion housing 12 operating rooms (ORs), 62-exam room clinic, and walk-in orthopedic care along with physical therapy services.

Phase 2 included a seven-story orthopedic hospital with 10 ORs, 75 smart inpatient rooms, and a bioskills lab.

The project team comprises architecture firm Page Southerland Page Inc. (Orlando) and general contractor Skanska (New York).
