Prime Healthcare Properties To Build $46M Medical Office Park

Healthcare real estate developer Prime Healthcare Properties (Huntsville Ala.) is planning a new Class A medical office park, according to the website thv11.com.

Situated on 9 acres, the $46 million project will be divided into two phases.

Phase one will comprise a single-story, 15,000-square-foot building and a two-story, 28,000-square-foot building. Phase two will be a three-story, 72,000-square-foot building.

Construction is scheduled to start by the end of this year and be completed by third quarter of 2024.
