BayCare Health System To Construct Replacement Facility For St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital

BayCare Health System (Tampa, Fla.) plans to build a replacement facility for St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Tampa, by 2030, according to the website tampabay.com.

The new hospital will include pediatric specialty medical services, as well as pediatric graduate medical education programs, including teaching, research, and training.

BayCare has not released details of the project’s cost or future plans for the existing hospital, according to the article.

Expansion of Sharp Rees-Stealy Otay Ranch Medical Center Underway

Sharp Rees-Stealy Otay Ranch Medical Center in San Diego has completed the first phase of a $86 million multiphase expansion. Opened in December 2023, the project included a new four-level parking garage with capacity for 610 vehicles.
