$141M Children’s Behavioral Health Center Breaks Ground In Oklahoma City

OU Health (Oklahoma City) is building the Oklahoma Children’s Hospital OU Health Behavioral Health Center in Oklahoma City, according to the website okemahnewsleader.com.

The 172,775-square-foot, three-story project will house inpatient and outpatient services, with 72 beds for short-term stabilization and long-term care. The center will also include a gymnasium and outdoor garden spaces.

The $141 million center will serve as a training facility for mental health care providers and is expected to open in December 2026.
