Docs Health Breaks Ground On $123M Replacement Surgical Hospital In Los Angeles

Orthopedic and spinal surgery provider Docs Health Inc. (Los Angeles) broke ground on a $123 million replacement surgical hospital in Los Angeles, according to the website labusinessjournal.com.

The five-story, 58,000-square-foot hospital replaces an 8,500-square-foot hospital building that Docs Health purchased in 2019.

It will house four operating rooms (ORs), imaging, 17 inpatient suites, and a rooftop garden.

Swinerton Inc. (Concord, Calif.) will serve as the general contractor on the project, which is expected to be completed in 2026.
