HealthPartners Plans $400M Hospital In Stillwater, Minnesota

HealthPartners (Bloomington, Minn.) is planning to build a $400 million hospital in Stillwater, Minn.

The new facility will include advanced critical care services and specialized centers for heart, cancer, and orthopedic care.

The hospital is expected to open by early 2028.

The project team comprises HKS (architect; Chicago), BWBR (architect; St. Paul, Minn.), Dunham (mechanical and electrical engineer; Minneapolis), ERA (structural engineer; St. Paul), Loucks (civil engineer; Maple Grove, Minn.), and Concord Group (owner’s representative; Chicago).
