Northwell Health Plans Child and Adolescent Mental Health Pavilion In New York

Northwell Health (New Hyde Park, N.Y.) is expanding its pediatric behavioral health services with a new Child and Adolescent Mental Health Pavilion in Queens, N.Y.

The pavilion will integrate physical and mental health care and will be connected to Cohen Children’s Medical Center and Zucker Hillside Hospital, Northwell’s adult mental health facility.

The 200,000-square-foot project will house more than 100 inpatient beds for children and adolescents, as well as specialty ambulatory clinics.

A $350 million investment from Northwell, as well as $150 million fundraising campaign, will help fund the center.
