Texas Plans New State Mental Health Hospital

The Texas Legislature has allocated $159 million to build a new state mental health hospital in Amarillo, Texas, according to the website abc7amarillo.com.

Situated on 15 acres, the hospital will include 75 beds.

The hospital is expected to be completed by 2027.
