Kettering Health (Kettering, Ohio) is renovating its hospital in Troy, Ohio, to add an ambulatory center with non-oncology infusion services, according to the website bizjournals.com . Academic medical center Weill Cornell Medicine in New York is expanding its footprint with additional medical practice space at its Manhattan facility and a new residence dorm in the Upper East Side, according to the website beckershospitalreview.com . Located in Midtown Manhattan, the academic medical center will add an additional 10,000 square feet of space for clinical practices. The project, expected to open in fall 2025, will occupy nine floors and have a separate lobby entrance for patients. Weill Cornell also announced plans to build a $260 million residence hall at its Upper East Side campus. The 16-story, 173,000-square-foot facility will include 163 studios, seven one-bedroom units, and 51 two-bedroom apartments. Nicole Cocolin, former president of DCC Design Group, will serve as principal and practice leader, interior design, at the newly integrated firm. DCC Design Group started in 2015 by partnering with Array on a project at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J.
