Insight Hospital Plans Specialty Facility For Medical, Behavioral Health Care In Michigan

Insight Hospital in Flint, Mich., is planning a specialty hospital for patients requiring medical and behavioral health care on its campus, according to the website mlive.com.

The 70-bed hospital will be constructed in phases with the first 24 beds expected to completed by fall 2024. The remaining beds will be completed by 2026.

A $2.5 million grant from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (Lansing, Mich.) is funding the project.
